Facebook Heads Connected to CIA?

While completing research for a presentation I am giving parents/students on Tuesday evening about using Facebook's Privacy features, I came across this youtube video. On the one hand, there are very little-to-no references to back up the claims. On the other hand, if it's even a bit true, I'm not surprised and am thinking even more carefully about what and how I post. Can't escape big brother, but you can be in his sighlines, or the peripheral vision.
